Corporate Citizenship
Sound logic acknowledges a moral responsibility to both the global and local
communities it is a member of. Sound Logic endeavours to practice responsible, sustainable and moral management of all resources within its control.

Sound logic wishes to affirm:
Honesty in all dealings, both internal and external to the company.

As part of Sound Logic's policy of good corporate citizenship:
Every financial year, 10% of taxable profit or 1% of gross sales
(whichever is the greater) will be distributed as follows:

  • ~25% to charity with global reach (this year this includes: An orphanage in Africa,
    Medecins Sans Frontieres and War Child www.warchild.org.au)
  • ~25% to charity with local impact (this year this includes:
    Deaf Blind Charities)
  • ~50% to local needs, not necessarily registered charities,
    identified and distributed "at whim" by the company directors. It is
    expected that the majority of this money will be distributed in an
    anonymous fashion. (this has included both individuals and
    organisations).

Company directors, shareholders and employees, their relatives
and friends will not be recipients of any benefit such as this.
